Nail Tutorial + Update

Hey loves!

Hope everything is going well!

Again, I am super sorry for the hiatus. This semester I am back in school to work on getting a BA in business entrepreneurship & then I'll be working on getting an Ed.D in animal science. So, I'll be getting busier & busier as time goes on.

Happy news though!

I worked on a requested nail tutorial & finally finished it!!!

I'm also working on reviewing some new & old products I have purchased.

I will probably be making more videos than blogs depending on if my friend helps me with the editing... lol... it takes so much time.

Nail 01 is on how I do cheetah/leopard prints & zebra print nails.
Depending on how you add the black in, it can either be cheetah spots or leopard spots.

How I Put In & Remove My Lenses with Long Nails

Hey gals & gents! How are you doing?

As you guys may know, I love having long nails...

Short nails have never really been my thing.

I always get questions about how I deal with my lenses when my nails are so long, so here's a short video of 2 ways I put them in & 2 ways I remove them.

I have a cold so excuse me for making weird faces & looking so gloomy...

♡ Birthday + New Nails ♡

Time has gone by so fast since I started blogging and met all sorts of wonderful people through it. This blog originally started in 2010, but then I closed it down & started it up in 2011. Went through a couple name changes & I got more into blogging.

I turned 23 on the 4th of January. 

I don't know if I just got past the partying stage or I'm just getting older, but I really don't feel like going out and drinking/getting as crazy as I would have like a couple years ago.

I would rather just go out w/ my dad & a few friends to eat & catch up on stuff.

I sound like a old lady don't I! lol.

Last week my aunt opened up a new salon & invited me to check it out.

We aren't blood related, but she's a really close friend of my mother's. They opened up recently, not sure if it was December or not.

It's so hard to find a good quality shop to do my nails, the style/way I want.
I'm so picky at times, but most of the nail techs I have tried never know exactly what they are doing. I like long nails, either square tipped or stilettos. I also like alot of bling or really pretty designs. 

Surprise Package from My Sister + Mini Rant

Hey loves! Long time no see??? lol. Hope you guys are well!

This is pretty much a quick update on what's been going on/what's coming up.

If you follow me on insta then you'd know, I've been waiting for a package from my older sister.

So excited since I usually always send her stuff... quite surprised that she sent me more stuff this time. Not complaining... just surprised. lol

New Hair + Nails .｡.:*☆

I haven't been posting much, not even selcas of myself on facebook or random pics of the day or tweeting like I used to. Sooo busy, but I'm happy to say that things are slowing down a tad bit so I can at least type a bit here and there.

I let my hair grow about 5-6 inches past my shoulders and my layers are now super long. I decided to cut my hair into a shorter style. Something simple, easy to style, and great for when in a hurry.

Though it's winter, long hair would be good, but I prefer shoulder length hair... I've gotten tired of having long hair. 

And now, the BEFORE & AFTER haircuts pics!!!!

I was a bit sad after cutting it, but it felt so good to... so much lighter.
I was actually going to go shorter, but decided last minute for a A-cut bob
I was also going to dye my hair another color... but then I just did my roots instead. I might add color to it later on. What color(s) do you gals/guys think I should add?

Sally Hansen - Magnetic Nail Color

I had received a Summer Beauty VoxBox last week.

In the box was this nail polish. I got the color 903 Silver Elements.

It's always out of stock or unavailable at the stores nearby... gawwwsh. I want the other colors.

This nail varnish is $9.99

My nails have grown to a good length, so I'll show you how this varnish looks.

I didn't really have a theme or design I wanted to go with. It's just random xD
